Ok, our mayor has to be a mixture of machine and nuclear energy. I’ve found that bathroom breaks helps people reach their weight loss goals, due to the amount of fluid that accumulates when people are so busy they actually forget to use the restroom. On a lighter note, we’ve invited about 10 more davita teamamtes and family members to join our Team. Momentum and accountability is going to be key for utlimate satisfaction in the program. I have to say I’m really enjoying the park passes. It’s helping me dream a little more of the places I would like to visit with my family and friends. Yall have a great day.

Last week my daughter had a soccer accident causing surgery. She is in a non-weight bearing foot cast for 10 weeks. This week, I am working from home and being her nurse all while diligently creating a cool neighborhood atmosphere for all of us to enjoy at our new world headquarters. Multi-tasking at its best 🙂 During the day I have been taking a few breaks to walk. My family and I live out in the country in Tennessee and it is nice to clear my mind and get a little extra creative energy. The scenery is nice and I find that it clears my mind and I focus a little better after a quick 10 or 20 minute walk. I am glad we are in this together guys.
