Well we are in overtime. I hope you are all well! It is now Sunday afternoon.
Friday night was a healthy salmon, chicken and veggie dinner. 2.0 veggie servings, both cooked tomatoes and broccoli. We then went to a movie, where I did indulge in one of my favorites, buttered popcorn. Drat!
On Saturday am I was picked up at 8 am, after a high fiber cereal breakfast. We drove 20 minutes to the launching point for a 2 hour 50 minute intense mtn biking ride. So I score the big 170 intense exercise minutes.
My weight moved slightly to 188.2.
I had a healthy lunch of chicken and broccoli, 1.5 servings of the latter. And dinner had 2 servings of brussel sprouts.
Sunday am started with a road biking ride, 2 hours and 5 minutes, with some good vertical. I had 1.5 servings of fruit, primarily delicious peaches.
I have only done an hour or two of work this weekend, which feels very good. I will need to do another 2 or so later today.
2022 of us is the final count. Team Health, across America!
