Quick interim update for today, Friday. 25 minutes on bike, 42 push-ups, 1 set of curls (20 x 12), and stretching. Total of 35 minutes.

Hey Kt! Thanks for the MTM! Its been a great start to a healthier life! I have been working out at least 3 times a week for 60 minutes each time , sometimes I go more days! I have increased my fruit and vegetable servings! I did not lose the 10lbs I had planned. Ha! I lost 20lbs! WooHoo!!!!!! I now feel so much better that I will continue to workout and eat my produce! I also plan to keep setting small goals for myself til I reach my ideal weight! Its been a blast ! Thanks again!!!!!!
