Yo DaVita!
Yesterday, Monday, it was back to “normal” if there is such a thing in my life. I got up, did 24 minutes on the bike, 40 push-ups, 100 crunches, and some stretching. Total of 40 minutes. I got to have my much-missed high fiber cereal (Shredded Wheat), plus 1 serving of fruit and 1 serving of vegetable at lunch. I had 1 serving of fruit as a snack, and then 1.5 servings of vegetable at dinner.
So it was a rock solid day.
I weighed in this morning, Tuesday, at 188.6. I still don’t quite trust the numbers, I will wait another day or two.
24 minutes on the bike, 40 push-ups, 60 seconds of plank, 12 curls, a little stretching, total of 33 minutes. The high-fiber bkfast, lunch with 1 serving of fruit and 1 of veggie again, (with salmon, just like yesterday). Also 1 serving of fruit for a snack.
Today is filled with back to back meetings, but one ended early so I am sneaking in this email. Two meetings had to do with acquisitions, 1 covered compensation, 1 covered some international stuff, 1 was with the Governor, and 1 was an operating update. Last night was a dinner at our house to raise money for 3 wonderful school board candidates, tonight is a 3 hour meeting with architects for some house work we are doing.
I hope you are well — The Team of 2000 Perseveres!

Kelly Frye Hey KT , I tried to reply but think I lost my post . In case you did not see it I am sending it again. Zumba is a dance fitness program created by dancer and choreographer Alberto “Beto” Perez in Colombia during the 1990s. The program combines Latin and international music with dance in an effort to make exercise fun. ..so when you go to the classes they dont call it exercise they say ” Welcome to the party!”
