Dave Hoerman- “Stir fry, with vegetables and not a lot of sodium and additives! :)”
Anne Bailey- “I have tons of roasted veggies and lean meat for dinner most nights.”
Mandy Hale- “Salad! I love a hearty salad with my favorite healthy toppings. Fish and hardboiled eggs are two of my favorite toppings. If I am craving something sweet I may go with berries and almonds.”

Love olive oil and pan seared veggies. YUM with a lean protein which I switch up during the week. Then I eat a baked sweet potato, or zucchini cakes.

Homemade chicken bowl: grilled chicken pieces, cauliflower rice, broccoli, carrots and cabbage. Yum!

One of my go-to dinners is a Cilantro Shrimp Stir Fry dish:
•4 tablespoons ghee or coconut oil, divided
•1 large red onion, sliced (1 cup)
•sea salt and black pepper
•1 large bell pepper, sliced (1 cup)
•1 dozen small mushrooms, sliced (1 cup)
•2 medium zucchini, sliced (1 cup)
•3 to 4 cloves garlic, minced
•1/2 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
•3/4 cup minced fresh cilantro
•2 dozen jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined (and defrosted if frozen)
•1 to 2 teaspoons ground coriander
•1 lime, cut into wedges, for serving

Fried vegetables with lean meat such as poultry and beef using olive oil and garlic.
