From JR – June 25, 2015
Tracking my steps has been good for me. It has really highlighted how little I move during the day. I am coming home with 3 thousand steps….not enough. Now I have been going on power walks at night to make sure I don’t let my partner down….and we try and beat team KT. Unfortunately it is not all good. I have been really bad on my caloric intake so I am only down a total of 4 lbs. I will be more disciplined in the future. I hope all that are engaged in MTM are having fun and feeling healthier.

I second that motion. I am getting into tha habit to see how many steps I have for the day. In the AM, Lunch and dinner. If i am slacking, I pick up the paste.

i have been trying to motivate all the people around me. I even took our Dept MD out on a power walk on Monday did a quick 2000 steps to find a workable path for her to get her steps in for the day.

I’m so happy to see healthy habits spreading! I am doing steps even on conference calls. It is fun and feels great. Keep it up. We can all do it!

Wow 1 and a half pounds in one week- that is great. I have about 15 left to lose … Working for a healthy village wide.
