From KT – June 11, 2015
Yo DaVita !!!
Quick snippet … lights out was not until about 1:30 am, up at 6 am since I had to pack for the next 4 days, finish a speech, workout, and leave home by 7:30. Yikes.
I did have one serving of produce with dinner, and another as part of my 1 am snack (which did NOT include ice cream, it was some left over veal with brussel sprouts). So it was a strong day on the produce front.
I also spent 10 quiet minutes, actually while sitting on the outside deck on our 14th floor, for those of you have been to the Casa here in Denver. It was a wonderful peaceful time.
I hope you all are achieving your goals today – catch you later!

Thank you for leading the way with this fun program. I’m actually partnered with my son, who is a Navy diver. I like that our common goals brings us together.
I ran for the 1st time in months tonight! It felt great!
Now, time for produce.

Just wanted to thank everyone who put this together. I love to travel but have not been lucky enough to get to China yet. This will be my goal for next year. The pictures were amazing. In addition this journey has made me set time for “quiet time”. With all the grands, life at work and outside we sometimes forget to do this. While my activity level still remains low my goal is to get to those 10,000 steps by the end of the program. Produce I love, however, making sure I eat enough doesn’t always occur. These daily reminders make me more aware of the need to do so. Once again thank you for this.

IT IS GREAT THAT YOU ARE GETTING THE PRIVATE TIME. I WISH I LIKED PRODUCE MORE THAN I DO. I AM HAPPY I LIKE IT MORE THAN I DID 10 YEARS AGO. ALL THE BEST, kt
