Thanks, KT, for the sneak peek into your day. Big changes start with little changes adding up, and this is certainly a great way to begin!

Thanks for taking the time out of your busy schedule to meet with us at preceptor U. Today. In this beautiful city of Denver with less distractions and “chores” and the gorgeous array of produce available in the market compared to at home it has been quite easy to stay on track with the MTM goals but now I go home, plan to try to keep the momentum going!

Great Job KT, I wound up walking around the inside of our Florida HQ today for 20 minutes waving @ Joe Mello everytime I walked by our boardroom. But I got my 10,000 steps in.
Dan also did over 10K so we’re keeping up with the pack.
    Have a good one

Way to go getting your workout in!

Yesterday we were lucky enough to be visited by Chan our CMO here in Florida during a meeting in our newly renovated training center. Its good to see DaVita’s culture has reached us here.

I convinced my wife Dana and travel companion to join me last night for a 75 minute high intensity “booty burn” yoga/pilates class – 19358 equivalent steps!!! I had almonds and dried fruit for dinner and woke up feeling great.

Its good to be on the DaVita Tour Bus!
