    I’ll take your challange KT. I have joined a wonderful program called INTRAFITT in March. I work out in the gym & do Cardio & weights. I also am working out with a trainer three days a week. . The program I am on is awesome. I would recommend it to everyone. I have never been one to excersize. But I love it. I can tell my body is getting stronger. I have had a few issues with the diet, but I am on track and moving on. In 3 months I should be off of my Diabetes meds.

    Good morning,
    I would like to make sure that I’m recording my walking correctly. I can’t believe I have 240 miles walking back and forth to work Monday thru Friday. I stay very active on the weekends and change it up often. Does anyone else have alot of miles recorded? We are ALL winners!
