Hey KT, I know 2 classes straight was a bit much. But I knew that I wouldn’t be able to work out Thur and Friday (My son plays highschool football). So it was either hit it 2 days straight or go 3 days without working out. Now getting up Saturday morning was the kicker….. But I did it!!!! I took a break on Sunday and Monday (sick child) and then hit the class again on Tuesday. I’m trying to “Keep it Moving”… life and my schedule will always throw a curve ball, and it always seems convenient to skip out on going to the gym. But I have to stay focused and so do you!!!! And I totally understand the Diet coke addiction. I don’t drink or smoke, so a diet coke is my treat… used to be. And if you find that you must have it, just try not to drink the entire bottle. Good Luck!!!!

I am so excited to be a part of KT fitness challenge.I recommited myself to exercise about 6 months ago and I tell you I am so happy I made that choice again. I have always enjoyed running and aerobics but I injured my knee a while back and could not continue putting the phsysical excertion on my knees. So I decided to get my certification in group fitness and pick up a new challenging interest which is now cycling, some may call it spinning. My first classof cycling I thought it would be a piece of cake. Boy was I in for a rude awakening! After the first 10 mins I thought I was going to pass out, but being the determine person that I am there was no way I was going to give up so I endured 1 long hour of cardio hill climbing resistance cycling. I felt so good after class that I challenged myself to cycle everyday for the next 30days and I did! I must say it has been 6 months and I am hooked, I have lost about 20 pds. and toned up pretty good. Not only have I found my new zest for life I am teaching one of the cycle classes at L.A. Fitness what do you think about that? I encourage you to continue to set achieveable goals and live a healthy fit life. Have fun !!!!!
