From KT – June 26, 2012
Yo DaVita,
It is Tuesday night. I started my day with emails from 6:45 until 7:30, then got 26 good minutes in on the lifecycle, one set of curls (17×20), one set of push-ups (40), and 4 minutes of stretching. Total minutes = 33 minutes. My weight is still 187, so I have my work cut out for me.
Then I headed into the office for a day of meetings, back to back to back like every other day. We had meetings on relative competitive growth, clinical quality, private pay patients, an international update, etc. The meetings ended at 7 pm and I headed home.

Hey Mayor,
good to hear you struggle too even though you are so active. Well not good but sympathetic to the stife. I feel I am active and have greatly changed my dietary habits but still have 24.5# left to go before my villiage vitality screening which I intend to have a BMI below 25!!!! sooo this Match the Mayor has given me the added push to get off the stable tract and back on the loosing tract. Well, that and I just signed up for 6wks boot camp two days a week and made my doctor appt for sept 18Th. Thanks for all the inspiration and truely leading the villiage on a healthier tract. Hi KT KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.MYSELF I HAD A GREAT WORKOUT TODAY! 1 HR INDOOR CYCLE 30MINS OF QUADS AND INNER THIGHS.LAST 30MINS ABS.i FEEL GOOD! AFTER MY WORKOUT I HAD MY HIGH PROTIEN MUSCLE MILK FOR LUNCH BROIL TURKEY BURGER WITH A SLICE OF AVACADO AND TOMATOE.VERY GOOD!
