This post really spoke to me. If you can take the time to squeeze in 30 minutes of exercise in the middle of graduation festivites then I really have no excuse. It’s funny how we can convince ourselves we have no time for excercise but all of a sudden we’ve watched a 30 minute program on TV or frittered away 30 minutes on the internet reading about celebrity antics. Thank you so much for the inspiration and here’s to 30 minutes of activity a day, no matter what!

    Hi KT,

Congratualtions on your daughter graduating college. That is a blessing and a proud moment as a parent. Good Luck to your daughter in her career.

Keep up the good work 🙂

I struggle to stay motivated because I think I am so busy. Reading about your schedule makes me realize……. I have plenty of time to exercise. Couch potato no longer. Expert golfer I begin today. Thank you for your dedication to DaVita. I am proud to live in this village.
