    Good for you KT! Way to go! I unfortunately have not lost any weight, but I have not gained either, which with my health issues is a big plus. I am still working hand-in-hand with my Endocrinologist to get my blood sugars stable, until then I doubt I will see any weight loss. As long as I do not gain, I am doing good. With Fibromyalgia, working out has become a thing of the past, but hopefully I will be able to start water aerobics, which I am told will help with my pain and eventually help me lose more weight.
    Keep up the great work and the updates, I love to read what you have to say!

    well time is running out to match the mayor and it is clear now I will not meet my goal. But on the positive side I have lost about 1/2 the weight i wanted to lose, but more importantly I am eating better watching what I eat and how much I eat. I am getting some form of exercise at least 3 times a week. I am planning to continue this pattern and will set a new goal begining next week.

    Thanks to all for there posts on hear which have provided encouragment these last 90 days and thanks to KT I have enjoyed reading each post and found a great deal of motivation in each of them.
