From KT – Oct. 3, 2017
Greetings to the Good People of DaVita,
KT here in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Sorry I missed day one, but I had 3 flights totaling 28 hours of travel to get here on Sunday, and I am still a bit jet-lagged as it is 14 hours later than Denver and I began a full work schedule within a few hours of arriving here. It is exciting to be with our Asia-Pacific team!
I worked out when I arrived Sunday afternoon, as well as both Monday and Tuesday mornings. I am excited about re-checking my goals – but right now I can barely keep my eyes open. I look forward to catching up with all of you tomorrow!
One for All, KT

It is not how often you fall, but how often you get up ….. KT

I work up this morning and just took some time to pray and meditate and read my bible. With all the tragic things going on in this world I just wanted to find some peace in the early morning before turning on any news or t.v. and hear any bad or negative things.

For me my morning exercise keeps me settled. I am more of a Buddhist reader myself. KT

Working for davita and having to wake up at 0400 on work days you have to have a ritual for sleep if you want at least 7 hours. So I don’t drink any caffeinated drinks after 1200 noon, I visit with my family for an hour and then play my guitar for a bit then make sure my bedroom is ice cold before I sleep. Works like a charm.
