From KT – June 24, 2015
Good Morning,
Started my Wednesday here in Austria with 1.0-1.5 servings of fruit, a huge green apple. Will do 30 minutes of email then head to a workout. Then eat brunch, then off to airport to fly to Germany for the start of our German physician summit. The drive to airport will allow me to start catching up with voicemail, the flight will allow 90 minutes of email, the drive to the hotel should allow me to check in with my assistant and cover part of her list, the first 2.5 hours in the hotel will be conference calls, then at 8:15 a business dinner starts. Back on the field !

It is amazing you are so active. It is inspiring to see that through out your hectic day you are always able to get in exercise. I struggle with that myself. I have done much better since Match The Mayor has started. It helps to have a daily inspiration. Thank you

LAST NIGHT I GAVE MYSELF THE GIFT OF 8 HOURS SLEEP, BECAUSE WHEN YOU PICK UP 6 HOURS COMING BACK FROM EUROPE IT MAKES FOR A LONG LONG DAY. SO FAR 3 HOURS STRAIGHT OF EMAIL, THE FLIGHT ATTENDANT DOES NOT BELIEVE I WORKED FOR 10 STRAIGHT THRU THE NIGHT ON MY OVERNIGHT FLIGHT TO EUROPE LAST WEEK. I HOPE TO WORKOUT WHEN I GET TO THE HOTEL IN NEW YORK, IN THE MID-AFTERNOON. THAT WILL HOPEFULLY ENERGIZE ME FOR THE LONG DINNER. LIFE’S RICH PAGEANT!
