From JR – June 19, 2015
I traveled a lot yesterday but was committed to 10,000 steps!
When I arrived in my hotel at 11 at night I realized I did not bring my sneakers but I could not let Stephanie, my companion, down so I sucked it up and finished in my work shoes!
10,000 steps baby!
For today my 10,000 steps will be completed with blisters!

Try in your barefeet on the hotel corridors, I love the feel, some are like fresh grass and bonus NO BLISTERS. Take care, thanks for all you do!

Yay – great work on the 10,000 steps. It’s incredibly hard to do with an office job. I know for myself – I struggle, even if I head out in the AM for a 3 to 4 mile run I still find myself a little on the short side. So happy to see you on here posting – keep it up!
So inspiring to see everyone’s successes!

Tammy re: hotel carpet – I thought about the carpet but the halls were too short so I would have had to do 2 million laps and I wanted to get some fresh air. I will keep in mind for the winter though. Thanks for the suggestion
