Here’s the progress from each teammate:
(The teammates have not weight in as of today because we do not have the scale. However, they will weigh in once the 90 days is up)
Grace Reyes: lose 15 lbs and apply for the RN programs by the end of Aug 2008. = walking during lunchtime, working out each day at the gym & I have a schedule appointment on Aug 27th to apply for two RN programs at a JC college.
Juanita Sandoval: lose 10 lbs = eating healthy daily
Mervie Penid: lose 12 lbs = eating healthy daily
Debbie Dighera: lose 20 lbs = walking everyday during her breaks, lunch time and walking at home
Beatriz Dighera: lose 5 lbs = on vacation
Alex Miller: lose 10 lbs = eating healthy daily
Andie Fultz: Pass Respiratory class by Sept 30 = Right now she has 97% in her overall grade
Diane Parker: lose 20 lbs = eating healthy daily
Rick Omrani: lose 10 lbs = he’s training for the tour DaVita in September
Mariam Sultan: Take 2 breaks for 10 min each day at work = walking during lunch and afternoon walks at home
Asma Siddiqui: lose 8 lbs = eating healthy daily
Cynthia Rico: Start Exercising and drink 5-8 glasses of water each day at work = drinking water daily and found out she’s a month pregnant =)
Henry Tran: Walk 3x week = will start soon
Phanny Thongdy: lose 5 lbs, eat healthy and exercise = will start soon
Doreen Campbell: lose 15 lbs = exercising twice a week
Rebecca Snow: lose 10 lbs = eating healthy, drinking more water, watching what she’s eating
