Sound like you had fun and a great work out .My husband and I had a great July 4th as well.
Had a good aerobic work out and then some dancing in the morning about 40 min. in the afternoon after hobby came home we had dinner about 7:00 pm and then walk to the Lake forest Lake that is an hour a way from the house to watch the fire work which was beautiful as always…it was very fun and relaxing and the best part was that we walk back home so we did not stuck in any traffic.
Make it a great day .

It is ok Deanna to have fun with your cravings. Sounds like a healthy one, and remember everything in moderation!
