Our Mayor is back! Join KT by increasing the number of minutes you exercise each week. Set a goal that’s right for you and commit to adding at least one healthy activity to your daily routine. Over the next 60 days, KT will share his progress with you as he gets in shape and increases his physical activity.

I would like to say Thank You KT!! I have been over weight for a long time and just never had the ambition to do anything about it until now. I have lost a total for 10 lbs and gone down 2 dress sizes and I feel GREAT!! I eat healthier foods and exercise now. Exercise was a dirty word for me but not any more. My son Austin and I go to the gym 2 to 3 days a week and we also do stomach crunches before we turn in for the night. I walk around my Unit’s building three times at lunch and now one of my teammates has joined me in this walk. I feel ALIVE and have more energy and I love the binding time with my son. Thanks you so much KT, I love being part of the Match the Mayor Program.
