Yo Margie! I hope your recovery is as swift as it is predicted to be … our first dog would go running with me and I absolutely loved it. Our new one does not obey well enough, which is so sad.

Congrats on all the produce!!! KT

Robin Parker, EL SEGUNDO, CAI finished my big hiking trip, we didn’t make it to the summit of Mt. Whitney due to a permit problem but my sister and I put in over 20 hours of hiking over three days. We are going to try Whitney again in September 2011. It is very encouraging to see all the positive comments on the Trail Talk, there are many days that I need to see there are so many committed to changing their life style for the better.

KT- Isn’t it striking that the experience is incredibly positive, even if you don’t make it to the Summit? You gave your body a great gift. And probably had great talks with your sister, and great time for reflection.

Maria Argentina, BRONX, NYI was a slow starter too but knowing that I will log in my progress everyday keeps me going. I chose Asia Trail because I hope to be able to venture there someday.

KT- Hey Maria – Asia is fascinating, I hope you get to go there someday. I first went there in 1981, when I was 25 years old, with a backpack, a buddy, not much money, but 7 great months to travel.

Deena Callender LEAGUE CITY, TXHi everyone! I just wanted to share how excited I am because I’ve lost 11.6 pounds since starting. I have always been on an Atkins type diet and since I have now incorporated fruits and vegetables to my diet I am feeling so much better. I’ve been working out almost every day and I can already see the difference. My goal to lose another 13 pounds by the end of August now seems attainable.

Kt-Yo Deena – these are great numbers congrats! You are an inspiration – I better lose my 5! KT

Valerie JacksonStarted my vacation today with a 50 mile bike ride! 40 miles of trail and street riding, 10 miles of mountain type biking (yay for my crossover bike!) Even threw in a little hiking due to a flooded out part of the trail. What a workout

KT- Dear Valerie – congrats for making exercise a big part of your vacation. This is one of the great ways to achieve breakthrough momentum in life health, by using your vacation flexibility and selection to give yourself a chance to make a clean break. well done! kt
