    Recovering from and injury is no fun. Stick with it! I walk on the treadmill 30 minutes every other day and do “Sit and Be Fit” the other days. I found this exercise program on PBS. Mary Ann has helped me gain back my muscle, balance, and strength after I broke my arm. I am happy to add I lost weight. Watch out for the sugar and watch out for the carbs. They are hiding and waiting for you! : )

    My meditation time definitely fluctuates depending on meetings. On days that I don’t have a lot of meetings, that is a priority on my lunch breaks, but I don’t seem to be able to focus as clearly on making it a priority if it hasn’t happened by lunch time. Definitely something for me to work on.

    I’m so glad that KT is managing to keep up with his PT overall. I know it is critical to good recovery.
