    This is very inspirational, KT! Since last June (2015) I have lost over 80 pounds changing my eating habits and sticking to working out at a minimum of 5 times per week (thanks to DaVita and wanting to be a role model that change is possible for our patients and teammates). I live by the motto that one should not find the time to exercise, but make the time. Thanks for everything you do for the Village, KT! -Amair Jaber (DaVita – Mojave Sage in Victorville, CA)

    I am inspired every day by people who are striving to improve their daily life experience. Exercise is such an amazing way to give your body the attention and time it needs to express its sheer physicality. It grounds me. It gives me more energy than it takes. It makes me remember my strength and determination. I always feel better for having dedicated my time to it!

    I am grateful for the ability to exercise everyday!
    Cheers to all who are reaching up and reaching out to a higher self!

    First I want to recognize Amair for his outstanding accomplishment! Way to go! Second I want to say thank you for making these programs and really engaging in them. MTM is an awesome motivating factor to make health a priority.
