Yo!
Quick note – no I do not keep forgetting to put on my fitbit. Rather I cannot put it on myself. Before I left the US my assistant Julie put it on. She had a hard time, the holes aren’t really big enough. 4 days later my wife put it back on, after I charged it. Once again she had a hard time, took a bunch of tries and pushing. After the next charge I just did not bother to carry it down to my business meetings to ask someone, but I will start doing that again tomorrow.
Had a great day today. Slept 8 hours. Then did voicemail on the way to the airport. Then did 8 straight hours of work, 4 on email and 4 on meetings with Dennis & Guy, the 2 other DaVitans on the same plane. Then had a conference call on the way into New York. After that had a great workout, 32 minutes on the bike, then 35 minutes of stretching, PT, etc. Including using a massage stick to try to get my muscles loosened up.
Healthy day so far. My second meal, at the end of the flight included 1 serving of green beans, and after it I had 1 serving of strawberries. Since I will definitely have some veggies tonight I will hit the 5 servings. Tougher to do on the road, so easy to do when I am in La Casa del Mundo in Denver and my home.
Hope you are well! Savor the adventure of life! Your Mayor, KT

Option for fitbit to consider;
If you have an iphone, it has a health dashboard and records your steps, miles, flights of stairs automatically as long as you have it with you.
The 10 minutes is my biggest challenge and i try to encourage others to do it. We are such a technological society constantly bombarded with all kinds of noise, not good. it is serene to have some piece and quiet( especially with kids, meetings, phones, text and traffic!)
