Yo MTM VII, FLASH REPORT
One of the tough aspects of my lucky life is I eat out a lot in places where it is hard to control quality. Last night’s birthday dinner for my mother-in-law, with 65 attendees in the dining room of a senior living home was one example. The green beans were good, but skimpy. The staff was working so hard to serve everyone it did not feel right to ask a special favor, and we were orchestrating toasts, etc. However I did rally by having a big bowl of ice cream when we got home last night. A good 1.5 servings of ice cream, after what was probably only a half serving of green beans.
Saturday lunch, however, had a full serving of tomatoes, carrots, and zucchini.
I think I already reported on Saturday exercise, and my injury. It was difficult to walk last night.
Today is a couple of conference calls, a business dinner followed by a short meeting near the airport. Tomorrow I fly to LA first thing for another fun day with HCP!
