Flash Update!
I had 1.5 more servings of fruit (mixed berries) at the end of the night. This also allowed me to resist having dessert for the 3rd consecutive night, a small accomplishment. My weight is back down to 194. Ever onward!

Awesome job. Sometimes when traveling if we don’t make a conscious effort to take care of ourselves we can fall in to a slump quickly.
Last week I took some PTO (ten days) to volunteer at a youth camp (my 16th year)in my community and I knew I was accountable to my teammates by doing this challenge. I had access to golf carts however I decided to walk everywhere. I also was responsible to make sure 1,000 teenagers ate within 2 hours in the cafeteria. When I noticed the food choices were not the best, I spoke to the manger and asked for a salad bar, veggies and more fruit. It not only kept me accountable but a good part of the teens ate them also…it was a win win situation. By the way I lost 4lbs while away, just by walking and eating correctly.
