    i would like to know some of the foods your allowed to eat my room-mate is a picky eater and i want him to have a safe diet.

    Why do all the low potassium sites list the negative, what you cannot eat. Why not celebrate what you can eat. I now know that is pineapple. Maybe living in Hawaii is the answer to this problem.

    My husband just was diagnosed with kidney disease and has to be on a low potassium diet. Just looking for a helpful list or book to help me cook and prepare these types of foods. Thank you. Any info you can sub,it to me will help.
