Training Our Way to Quality Care
For the 14th year in a row, DaVita was recognized by Training Magazine for having one of the best training programs in the country.

On this year’s list, we ranked No. 37 out of 125, and according to Training Magazine, the rankings are determined by multiple qualitative and quantitative factors. Among those factors are the scope of the programs and the financial investment in employee development.
One of our foundational training and development programs that almost all new teammates participate in is Academy. DaVita created Academy – a two-day, off-site event – as a way to introduce new teammates to our unique history, culture and dedication to whole-person learning.
