Michelle Lassen has been serving as a marketing coordinator at DaVita Kidney Care Physician Experience for the past 9 months. She earned a bachelor’s degree in biology from the College of Charleston, which deepened her interest in healthcare. In her free time, Michelle volunteers at Rose Medical Center in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU).

Adam Weinstein, MD

Adam Weinstein, MD

Adam Weinstein, MD, is vice president of medical affairs with Clinical IT Services at DaVita and a part-time clinical nephrologist in Maryland. He serves as the American Medical Association Relative Value Scale Update Committee (RUC) advisor for the Renal Physicians Association (RPA) and chairs the RPA clinical data registry workgroup. Dr. Weinstein is a cofounder for the Kidney Health Center of Maryland. He has worked as VP of medical affairs at the University of Maryland, Shore Regional Health and has served on the Maryland Healthcare Commission and RPA board of directors. Liane Polosky

Liane Polosky

Liane Polosky has been with DaVita for four years, currently serving as the senior user experience and design manager at DaVita Physician Solutions. She has worked in user interactive design for over 20 years, covering a wide variety of client industries in agency, in-house, and freelance capacities. A few of her previous clients included eBay, AT&T, Sony, Disney and Mattel.
