    Thanks so so much for all this information….I am in stage 3 kidney failure….and have started noticing the major itching that is associated with high phosphorus levels…so been trying to cut down on my intake of phosphorus….I was trying to change our entire family eating to more whole real foods etc….well it kind of dived bomb me really fast….thought I was doing something good…for my family yes, but not so much for me….been really hard to find answers to help me….I currently do not have any form of health insurance so trying to find the answers myself and take care of for now….

    In your Gourmet cook book you Have A T in recipes. What is that Table spoon
    or tea spoon. The other thig is you dont’t say how often to take Sodium
    bicarbonate, or Thiamine. Would one bottle of no salt soda water a day be
    good to drink? I like both of your books. I learned a lot. Thank you

    You are correct Jim. The ‘T’ is an abbreviation for tablespoon and t or tsp. is an abbreviation for teaspoon. As for therapy with bicarb or thiamine supplement this depends on your individual needs determined by bloodwork and prescribed by your doctor.

    HI I GOT REALY BAD KIDNEYS IAM STAGE THREE IAM POST TO BE ON A DIET BUT I REALY NEED HELP INEED YOUR COOKBOOK BAD IJUST DONT KNOW WHAT TO EAT OR EVEN HOW TO FIXE IT OR HOW TO PUT IT TO GEATHER THIS DIET IS VERY HARD FOR ME
