I am happy to see such an organisation taking note of the benefits of the Diet Plate model. In relation to kidney function we have experience of a Type 1 Diabetic, improving her kidney function by a whopping 40%. Losing 28lbs in the process of just rebalancing her meals directly on to the Diet Plate.
